At Karigars of Lucknow by Shanvika, each product is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair Limited Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defect & Size Issues Only).
1. No Return & No Refund Policy
• Product amount is NOT refundable
• Returns are NOT accepted
• Refunds are NOT provided under any circumstances
2. Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defect or Size Issue Only)
Exchange will be accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or size-related issues.
No exchange will be provided for color preference, change of mind, or minor design variations due to handcrafted nature.
3. Exchange Timeframe
Customers must notify us about the issue within 24 to 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
4. Exchange Approval Process
• Clear photos or video of the damaged product are mandatory
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Exchange approval is subject to quality check
5. Exchange Delivery
Once the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery timelines may vary based on availability and location.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
• Products showing signs of use or washing
• Customized or altered products
• Products damaged due to customer handling
